Before you think I`m a whacko - of course many quietly hope this will all blow over. But the organizers and those who do not stop the mass rallies and hate filled demonstrations have made themselves accountable.

Petition being circulated for those that have had enough of the media feeding frenzy and those knee jerk re-actions to David Emerson joining the Tories. Opinions have been written for and against, by both Liberals and Conservatives. Many have been carefully thought out, but most have not.

In any event, one way to express yourself where the total will count and be forwarded to the federal govt, is by signing this petition. Give it some consideration, and inform yourself of all the facts available, from business, pundits, and any other sources you can. If you determine that perhaps cooler heads should prevail, and a little slack be given to await developments, then perhaps your signature can assist putting forward your views.

Ann has hit the nail in the head. Muslim extremists show their true purpose and goals of their fanatisim. Placating them is impossible, because like spoiled children, the more they get, the more they want, until they have and control everything and put civilization back to the stone age. Maybe it's time to practice some 'tough love'.

As my regular readers know, I'’ve long been skeptical of the "“Religion of Peace"” moniker for Muslims - —for at least 3,000 reasons right off the top of my head. I think the evidence is going my way this week.

"But three cartoons made political points. One showed Muhammad turning away suicide bombers from the gates of heaven, saying "“Stop, stop--—we ran out of virgins!" —which I believe was a commentary on Muslims’' predilection for violence........................."

"In order to express their displeasure with the idea that Muslims are violent, thousands of Muslims around the world engaged in rioting, arson, mob savagery, flag-burning, murder and mayhem, among other peaceful acts of nonviolence."

Emailed complaints to the CBC Ombudsman, and new MP's in Ottawa, deemed to have an effect, in that even though the 'NERVE' page and disturbing contents meant for teens, has now been unlinked from the main CBC page. More efforts are being made and encouraged, to 'clean up' the taxpayer funded CBC.
